[Ltru] 2.2.3: position of script subtag

Draft 16 currently has this wording:

-------------
1. Script subtags MUST follow the primary language subtag and MUST precede any other type of subtag.
-------------

Assuming that "primary language subtag" means only the first subtag in the language production and does not include any extlang portion, that statement appears to preclude tags with both an extlang and a script, such as zh-cmn-Hant.

Suggested revision:

-------------
1. Script subtags MUST follow the primary language subtag as well as any extlang subtags, and MUST precede any other type of subtag.
-------------

Also, there appears to be some extraneous text in the next item:

-------------
2. All four-character subtags were defined according to [ISO15924]--"Codes for the representation of the names of scripts": alpha-4 script codes, or subsequently assigned by the ISO 15924 registration authority...
-------------

I don't see the purpose of "alpha-4 script codes" after he title. Suggested revision:

-------------
2. All four-character subtags were defined according to [ISO15924]--"Codes for the representation of the names of scripts", or using assignments subsequently made by the ISO 15924 registration authority...
-------------
