I have updated a language tag analyzer I had written a while ago, to the ANBF and the registry in the last call drafts. See http://www.w3.org/2008/05/lta/ The tool should help to educate about the form of language tags and various constraints. Currently only two are tested: validity and repitition of singleton in extensions. More are about to come at some point in time. Feedback & suggestions are very welcome.
