All, I have just posted an updated editor's copy on Inter-Locale.com. There is a problem with the proposed text for resolving #45. The sublists are not generating properly. I have also spotted a typo in that portion of the text (s/These field-body/The field-body/ in the second bullet under #2). References should match 4645bis. The ABNF sentence is removed.
