RE: [manet] Hiden- & exposed terminal problem in MANET



Sorry about this, but I just got an image of people walking around with
little log-periodic antennas (they would have to be about five inches high)
on their heads connected to little motors that rotate them.

It would be an interesting fashion statement.  Maybe the next status symbol?

Phillip,

What omni replacement do you have in mind?  How does it solve the
problem? Do you have in mind a so-called "smart antenna" whose beam can
be pointed by software?
