[manet] DYMO implementation in OPNET 11.0

Hello all,

We have implemneted draft-ietf-manet-dymo-02.txt, except the sections of
Internet attachmnet (4.8) and multiple interfaces (4.9) in OPNET 11.0
simulator. If you have access to OPNET, you can download source code at
www.opnet.com/support under contributed models (and then search for
"dymo").
