Actually, in anticipation of possible needs for this in
some MANETs (using some possible autoconf mechanisms for
example) some support is included in NHDP - not mechanisms
for deciding on address changes, but "if you change your
address(es) for reasons outside the scope of NHDP then do
this" and some parts of HELLO processing that may look like
"why check that?" but are there to avoid badly behaving
neighbours creating inconsistencies in your information
repository. Of course in the former case if you don't ever
change your addresses, you don't need to ever do anything
about it.
