I think that's out of the scope of NHDP, which is
purely concerned not even with all of intra-MANET
communications, but a subset of that. That sort
of recommendation belongs in a higher level document,
one which actually knows why addresses change and
what the consequences are. NHDP is just responding
to a change, it's not its job to suggest what else
should be done. And maybe Mobile IP is the right
answer, or maybe not in some circumstances, NHDP
has no idea and building in a recommendation in
NHDP would be inappropriate.
