[MEDIACTRL] Scribe/Jabber Scribe for MEDIACTRL

Hi,

Eric and I are asking before the MEDIACTRL meeting for a scribe (and two 
would be better), and for a Jabber scribe.

Please consider volunteering before the meeting, and avoid all the tension 
in the meeting room (before you volunteer/are volunteered anyway!)
