[Megaco] Property value type ENUMERATED

Hi all,
Below given a package defintion in which the type of the property
      TUNNELLING OPTIONS
is given to be Enumeration but the possible values are given to be 1 ,2 and NO
      . Now shouldn't the values
be some strings rather than 1,2. How are we supposed to encode them as 1/2 or
      ONE/TWO or enum
defined like TUNOPT_1 , TUNOPT_2.
