[Megaco] Query regarding ActionReply syntax

Hi,
According to Protocol's ABNF grammar, following syntax for ActionReply is
allowed: -
actionReply          = CtxToken EQUAL ContextID LBRKT
                          ( errorDescriptor / commandReply ) /
                         (commandReply COMMA errorDescriptor) ) RBRKT.

Can anyone pls elaborate the purpose of including "commandReply COMMA
errorDescriptor" syntax.
