[META-MODEL] REMINDER: Cutoff date for requests to schedule Working Group meetings and for preliminary BOF proposals to ADs

I apologize for the cross-posting. I would like to remind the WG chairs
and folks interested in proposing BOFs for Chicago that the cutoff date
for requests to schedule Working Group meetings and for preliminary BOF
proposals to ADs is 5/21.
