This is NOT allowed and NOT supported. When MAG1 sends a BRI to revoke
multiple binding for a specific realm, it ONLY revokes those bindings
which are registered using a pCoA that belong to MAG1. In other words,
MAG1 is not supposed to remove binding(s) that registered through MAG2,
for example.

That is why LMA always sends a single BRA to MAG1.
