Will the considering alternate security architecture still need to 
encrypt the messages between MN and HA as current MIP6 does?

IMHO, it is not necessary to encrypt the packets between MN and HA since 
we do not encrypte the packets between HA and CN. It is hard to say that 
the meesages between HA and MN are more sensitive than HA and CN.
