We need the comments now, not after the document is updated :). This
is WGLC and we're updating the document as a result of reviews.
The bidirectionality issue was discussed and it was decided that there
is no case for it.
I don't think this reflects the situation.
The right answer is that flow revocation and possibly other flow binding operations initiated by HA will be taken up as part of MEXT rechartering.
