Not sure what you mean by "static" row. That sounds as if it cannot be 
modified???
If you mean that the row is static except for the 
InetAddredssType/InetAddress, then the
same applies. If the row is not read-create (so it does not have an 
RowStatus object,
then I guess you are in trouble if all your NMS (webbrowser) can do is a 
SET for one
varBind at a time.
