[midcom] Finishing up the MIB document

I'm somewhat disappointed by the lack of feedback so far.  The end is in
sight - we're very close to finishing up our major deliverable, and all
that's needed is a little attention from working group participants.  I
realize that everybody's very busy with preparing for the August meeting
and with work for their companies, but I'm hopeful that at least a few
of you can take the time to review the document and help us resolve
open issues.  In particular, what I'd like to do over the next week or
so is walk through the open issues list in section 10 and try to come to
consensus on their resolution.  So, expect mail going through the open
issues list point-by-point over the next few weeks.
