[mif] Help Regarding smi.bin and ebi.bin

Hi Sir/Madam

I am Jyotsna, working on ARM Processor Testing. I am trying to explore much on ARM 9 logs. With the help of QPST/QXDM, I was able to get smi.bin and ebi.bin through the procedures define.

Can you please share us procedure/tools to analyse the above logs.

Can you also provide some inputs on AMSS folder in the binary files.

Hoping a positive reply from you Sir/Madam...

I will be grateful for any kind of help.
