[mif] Update on draft-savolainen-mif-dns-server-selection

Hi all,

I just posted a small update to "DNS Server Selection on Multi-Homed Hosts", http://www.ietf.org/id/draft-savolainen-mif-dns-server-selection-01.txt

In addition to few small changes, it now includes text about AAAA (NAT64) and A (Bump-In-the-Stack) record synthesis issues.

All comments continue be welcome,
