[Mip4] route optimisation

Hi all,

section "4.3 Binding Update Message" in pages 8-9 of document 
draft-ietf-mobileip-optim-10.txt defines the structure of the binding 
update extension. However, I have noticed that the 'S' bit is missing 
that is otherwise avaible in the Registration Request message format. 
Does that mean that it is assumed that CNs may only maintain a single 
binding for a mobile node? If so, then what is the reason?

Is anybody aware of any existing implementations of routing optimisation 
for MIPv4?
