Folks, a new version of the NEMOv4 draft was submitted, covering the 
comments we had in Prague meeting.  The changes since the 00 are listed 
in the Changelog section:

>       -added a section on Routing Protocol between Mobile Router and 
>        Home Agent.
>       -added a security subsection about running simultaneously a
>        secure routing protocol with secure Mobile IPv4.
>       -added a date tag on the IANA URL for Mobile IP numbering
>        spaces.
>       -substituted 'Mobile Router' for 'MR' everywhere.
>       -updated reference to NEMOv4 FA draft.
