[Mip4] Call for tutorial proposals: The 5th Annual International Wireless Internet Conference (WICON 2010)

Call for Tutorial Proposals 

The 5th Annual International Wireless Internet Conference (WICON 2010)
March 1-3, 2010, Singapore

The Organizing Committee of WICON 2010 invites submission of tutorial proposals for half-day and full-day presentations on topics of interest of the conference. We invite prospective instructors to submit a full proposal submission by July 1 2009. The PDF or word version of proposal shall be submitted to the tutorial chair via email (j.he at swansea.ac.uk) with the subject of WICON 2010 tutorial. 

The following information must be included in all proposals:
+ Title of the tutorial proposal
+ Motivation and objective
+ Subject area 
+ A short summary of the tutorial proposal
+ Detailed outline of topics covered
+ Intended audience
+ Full name, title, and affiliation of the instructor(s)
+ Biographical sketch of all instructor(s)
+ Prior history of the tutorial presentation
+ Intended length of the tutorial (half-day or full-day)

All complete proposals will be judged and ranked using the following criteria:
+ Importance of the topic
+ Timeliness of the topic
+ Conference coverage of topics
+ Track record of the instructor
+ Previous history for instructing tutorials
