[Mip4] New version of Haaro

Hi everyone,

  Last week, I posted a new version of Home Agent Assisted Route 
Optimization draft. There are quite a few changes, mostly coming from 
clarifications, clean-ups and even small functional changes, mostly due to 
experiences gathered during simulation work.

Draft is now viewable at

if you wish to take a look.

  I have sent a request to the chairs for adopting this as an IETF draft 
for eventual publication as an experimental RFC, as per the new charter.
