FWIW this expression of opinions is only part of the input that we  
will be considering for this decision, as Julien has already  
mentioned, since we also have other inputs to be added to this, like  
previous discussion and expressions of interest, in order to fully  
evaluate where the WG stands and in what items they would be willing  
to investe their energy
