Distributed MN or MAG implementations might indeed have a need to use
multiple source addresses. Its not clear to me though that there are
cases where you simply cannot use one source address and care-of address
consistently. E.g., can a control plane blade send a packet with a
source address that belongs to a data plane blade? Input from
implementors sought on this.

Of course, if all else fails you can configure this check off.
