[MEXT] New Version Notification for draft-bauer-mext-aero-topology-00

Dear all,

For those interested in the work on aeronautical NEMO RO: we have written a draft that provides an overview of the topology of the Aeronautical Telecommunications Network.

It is supposed to be useful for the upcoming solution space analysis that should take place over the next couple of weeks.

intention is to allow taking the existing NEMO RO solution space
analysis document and cross-check it with the aeronautical
environment presented within this document.
