[Ben] This part I agree. When the MN returns home, MN must send a BU to HA
to remove its CoA entry from the HA.

[Ben] IMHO, this should also be a MUST. Base on the same logic as above.
This is irrespective to whether MN is trying to achieve simultaneous home
and away or not.  Regardless on whether if MN has one CoA or multiple CoAs,
when MN returns home, it would need to remove its associated CoA entry from
the HA.  Hence, I do not see a reason why for one CoA MN MUST send BU, but
for multiple CoAs MN MAY send BU.
