The second part is intended to support the case where the MN may want to
continue using the interface with which it is attached to the visited link.
The binding stays active, while the MN is attaching to the home link with
one of the interfaces. It may decide at a later time if wants to use only
the interface with which it is attached to the home link.

Any suggestions to improve the text to indicate the above is welcome.
