                 This is a suggested minor modification. I was 
suggesting to reword the sentence little bit, something like.

(f) The MN sends the Fast Binding Update (FBU) to the NAR either as a 
separate message or
being encapsulated by the Fast Neighbor Advertisement (FNA).
