Cullen,

I can update the xmax and ymax size and will fix the ABNF.
As for having a different draft, the reason we put it together is because we
want to have all the needed video attributes in one draft and have video
media attributes as a working group item. So if you think that "video frame
stuff" is not an important video issue then explain
