[MMUSIC] SDPCapNeg-06 Issue #2: Media Capabilities Support in the Core or Not.

The issue of whether we need to support media capabilities and associated negotiation in the core SDP Capability Negotiation was discussed at the Chicago IETF. The general consensus was to not include this functionality in the core, unless we saw convincing use cases and arguments for why it is needed in the core in the ensuing two weeks. To date, no such arguments or use cases have been provided and hence media capabilities and associated negotiation will remain out of scope of the core SDP Capability Negotiation.
