We have just submitted a new version of the file transfer draft. This 
includes a bunch of post-WGLC comments. The most significant changes are:

- The Section devoted to the file-transfer-id attribute has been moved a 
bit earlier in the text (now it is Section 8.1, it used to be 8.3).

- This Section 8.1 now includes a discussion of the relation of 
file-transfer-id and the file selector in subsequent offer/answer 
exchanges (e.g., re-INVITE). There was an unmentioned error case, that is 
now considered, and we have added Figure 3 to summarize the relation of 
these items.

With these, I believe this draft is complete.
