With the notable exception of the security extensions (STARTTLS, LOGINDISABLED, AUTH=) pretty much all the IMAP extensions, past and present, have no market value to any vendor determining a feature set for a new server.
A few older extensions have use cases for a single client, and thus are worthile only if you have many customers who use that client.
Some others were good ideas but were broken by design and/or were never used as intended. The subscription stuff in the base specification also falls into this category.
