[mpls] Soliciting feedback on draft-ietf-tsvwg-rsvp-security-groupkeying

MPLS working group, 

draft-ietf-tsvwg-rsvp-security-groupkeying discusses applicability of
group keying for RSVP. We would like to solicit your feedback on the
document, specifically section 5, where we discuss applicability to
RSVP-TE and GMPLS.
