However I wonder if it's possible to have some more clarification now about draft-blb-mpls-tp-framework-01, Figure 3 and associated Editor's note:
"The figure above arose from discussions in the MPLS-TP design team. It will be clarified in a future version of this draft"

It's not clear to me the issue regarding OAM dmux without GAL/GACH. 
My understanding was that: 

"OAM, protection and forwarding of data packets MUST be able to operate without IP forwarding support " as reported by the same draft section 2

and

"... the operation of OAM functions MUST NOT rely on IP routing and forwarding capabilities"
as reported by draft-vigoureux-mpls-tp-oam-requirements-01 (section 2.1)

we have four documents from the MPLS-TP effort that the authors think are ready to become working group documents. The documents are listed below.

This mail initiate a two week working poll for comments on three of the documents, for the fourth document
(draft-bocci-mpls-tp-gach-gal-00.txt) we already have an ongoing poll.

Please send your comments before Nov 11 for draft-bocci-mpls-tp-gach-gal-00.txt and Nov 17 for the other three-

Please send your responses to the *mpls working group mailing list*, a bit of discipline is needed, "replay all" won't do the trick  ;).
