[mpls] Implementation of the "soft preemption" drafts

Working group,

we are sending the following documents to the IESG for
publication:
            "Node behavior upon originating and receiving Resource
            ReserVation Protocol (RSVP) Path Error message"

            "MPLS Traffic Engineering Soft Preemption"
            <draft-ietf-mpls-soft-preemption-14.txt>

            "PathErr Message Triggered MPLS and GMPLS LSP Reroute"
            <draft-ietf-mpls-gmpls-lsp-reroute-03.txt>

As part of the write-up that goes with the publication request
we are supposed to respond to the question on existing
implementations.

We therefore need to know if you have an existing implementation.

Please respond to the working mailing list, or directly to the
working group chairs.
