[Nea] Next steps for NEA WG

Congratulations and thanks to all on the approval of the
NEA WG charter. It has not been easy and we have a lot more
work to do but I think it will prove worthwhile in the end.

Susan and I are working on an agenda for the first NEA WG
meeting. We'll send email about that early next week.
Certainly, the meeting will focus on the NEA Requirements I-D.

For now, please make your travel arrangements. The NEA WG
meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 7, 1520-1720 PST.
Last-minute schedule changes are possible but fairly unlikely
at this late date. If you're really into NEA, you may want to
stay a while after the WG meeting. We'll probably have dinner
after the WG and some people may get together on Wednesday
to work on the Requirements I-D. Just a guess for now. We'll
firm that up next week.
