I can see it. I just can't see how you can say you're not assuming certain technologies, and then in the same message, refer to pre-existing technologies as normitive references for NEA terminology and operation.
I never said they were normative references. Never even suggested it. I never even made a claim about thier worth and I said they are examples of pre-existing work.
