Ones where the scenarios we presented don't work.
e.g. where the NEA server needs to know about the status of something
on the client, and where there's no third party involved.
We'll ignore the case where the NEA server is the "third party". That
scenario is identical to ones where there is a real third party.
That is, if the NEA server needs more information than is supplied by
any third party software, the enterprise administrator can install his
own software on the NEA client. That software then uses the same
methods as used by any other third parties to report posture.
