[Nea] Copy of NEA Proposals Received

I have seen one set of proposals in response to the request
for NEA protocol proposals (reproduced below). Apparently,
the drafts for this set of proposals are held up in the crush
of drafts submitted at the -00 submission deadline. Therefore,
I will forward a copy of the drafts to the NEA list in a moment.

If anyone else has submitted a proposal, please send a copy to
the NEA list so that they can be evaluated in tandem with these
proposals.

Subject: [Nea] Soliciting PA and PB protocol proposals

The NEA requirements draft has completed IETF LC and
been submitted to the IESG for their consideration.
The document is not yet approved, but we have rough
consensus of the WG and IETF on its contents. Soon
we will ask our AD to approve new milestones for NEA.

As agreed at our WG meeting in Vancouver, it is now
time to solicit proposals for PA and PB protocols to
meet our requirements. If you have a proposal, please
submit it as an Internet Draft (individual submission)
and notify the nea at ietf.org list. Please include in
your Internet Draft a section that evaluates your
proposal against the NEA requirements. All proposals
must be submitted by the -00 deadline for IETF 71:
1700 ET (2200 GMT) on Monday, February 18, 2008.
If you can provide early notice to the WG chairs of
your intention to submit a proposal, that would be
appreciated. It will help us plan the agenda for IETF 71.

We will review all proposals at IETF 71 and on the
email list and decide how to proceed. The goal is
to have WG drafts of the protocol specs ready for
review and discussion before IETF 72.
