[Netconf] WG: Pls check ASAP: draft-ietf-netconf-partial-lock-10.txt

NETCONF WG participants,

First thanks to Balazs for the new (hopefully latest) revision.
This revision is supposed to address all IESG DISCUSS comments.

I have asked Balazs to send responses to the DISCUSSing ADs
and explicitly ask them if their DISCUSS can be cleared for this
new revision.

Balazs will send a copy of those reponses to the WG list.
So pls pay attention and react ASAP (this week if at all possible)
if you see any issues in the responses or the new revision.

If this new rev indeed clears the DISCUSSes, then I will ask our AD
to move the document into the RFC-Editor queue.
