technologies. I think the discussion of what L2s are applicable in the
context of this discussion is a rat-hole.


So, I am very very confused now

Is the requirement that the solution works with any L2 or is the 
requirement that the solution works with only a subset of L2 that have 
some capabilties?

Cause AFAIU, if we require that the solution applies to all L2, then the 
first option is not accetpable.
