[NSIS] Interim presentations and remote access

dear all,

some people are not able to attend the interim physically.
we have tried to make some arrangements to enable some
visibility of what is going on:

*) we will be able to provide a jabber scribe with network
connectivity. (I can't personally promise the existence of 
a scribe, but I'm fairly hopeful.)

*) we will have the ability to put presentations in some
well-understood format on a webserver fairly well as soon
as we get them. How far in advance of the presentation
this is depends on the presenters! So if people can give 
us things in advance, it will make our lives easier.
