[NSIS] New Name Proposal for NSIS/GIMPS

From the Interim Meeting in lovely Romsey....

A new name proposal for all of NSIS came up:

	SHINGOU

Shingou also means "signal" in Japanese.

SHINGOU is not an acronym. It is SHINGOU.

GIMPS becomes SHINGO, and all NSLP applications will become "SHINGO QoS",
"SHINGO NATFW", etc...

In Japanese and Korean, the characters are 信号. Can we use UNICODE for
a protocol name???? :-) These characters could also be rendered in ASCII
art, if need be.

It appears that there are no name collisions with other products or
sites after a quick Google check.

Please send in your thoughts on this name today! (GOOD? BAD?)
If you say BAD, please send in a better name!
