The Hiroshima meeting is approaching. From the Important dates page at

2009-09-07 (Monday): Cutoff date for BOF proposal requests to Area
Directors at 17:00 PDT (24:00 UTC/GMT). To request a BOF, please see
instructions on http://www.ietf.org/wg/bof-procedures.html
2009-09-14 (Monday): Cutoff date for Area Directors to approve BOFs at
17:00 PDT (24:00 UTC/GMT). 

In case you are considering to request a BOF in the OPS area it's time
to get organized and to submit your request to your AD's until 9/7.
