I don't think is safe to say.  Unless you're saying there are no
standard PIBs anywhere (I don't know, personally).  There aren't any in
the IETF because the IETF chose not to publish them and actively
discouraged their use.  So if there are standard PIBs, we likely
wouldn't know about them.
