Ospf Host Entry

Hi,
   i need some inputs on Host Entry.
earlier ospf mib rfc 1850 have HostAreaId as read only variable
but in the latest draft it is Read-Create.
what is the reason for this change ?

can i configure a Host Entry Like this
i have two interfaces
on first interface ip and ospf is both enabled and ip address is
20.0.0.10

on second interface ip is enabled but ospf is not enabled and Ip
address for interface is 30.0.0.10

now i want to add a host entry with Host Ip Addr 30.0.0.10
is this configuration is valid or not ?

if yes and say we are supporting older mib ( rfc 1850 )
which area does host belongs to.
