[pim] Question about Assert Cancel

Hello all,

 

I have a question about sending assert cancel.

                  R1 (Upstream)

                   |

      |                        |

      |                        |

In this circumstance,

If R1 pim-sm is disabled, then DUT have to send assert cancel message to Network 2?
