After going through RFC2362, I found that nowehere it clearly states as how "iif" list gets created for a routing entry. Everywhere it mentions how it is used to verify received packets through incoming interface matching. Any reference which I might have missed or any additional document which elaborates on this area would be highly
appreciated.
Also, it does not say whether to process a Register packet, Hello adjacency with the DR (for the RP) is needed or not. Any light on this area would be reaally helpful.
