[pim] Group-to-RP mapping draft

Hi All,

     We have submitted a new revision of 'Group-to-RP mapping' draft. It is available at
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-pim-group-rp-mapping-01.txt

     A new section about the 'Migration to new algorithm' has been added in this revision.
