Hi Jim,

I think your statement is quite premature.  The cut off for new Internet
Drafts has not passed for the Yokohama meeting, nor the cutoff for updated
drafts. Last time I looked there were other views; not just those contained
in the Bocci and Koleyni drafts.

On the other hand, if your message was intended to solicit negative
comments, then let me express one now.  It is premature to adopt either the
Koleyni or Bocci drafts as working group documents at this time.  After all
the new drafts are available it would be appropriate to revisit your
question.

I have not seen any negative comments on the recently submitted Koleyni and 
Bocci drafts.  Are we to assume that the WG agrees that these drafts should 
be adopted as working text?
